Threats:

The preexisting personal training companies already having a clientele established and their name out in the community

The negative connotation of personal training companies that has been created by the surrounding companies that do not value the client and their needs

Being able to continue to show the value of our services and convincing people to invest in themselves despite the economic situation

  1. I'm always interested in how diet and fitness centers are two different animals, seems to me in the "olden days" women would go off to fat farms (http://www.fitwoman.com/fat-farm.htm). It just seems there should be something between a full time "farm" for quick weight loss, and only loosely affiliated weight loss and fitness centers. Just thinking aloud as you look like you are interested in doing "more" (childhood obesity) and I was thinking about how differentiation might work here...
